Shannon and her staff (especially Omar) have been my insurance agents for years. Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond! It’s an outstanding business all around!

The people from this office were extremely helpful when I needed insurance. I was coming from progressive and they were trying to more than double my insurance cost per month on a quote when I went to renew my policy. For obvious reasons that wasn’t viable. My Fiancé’s dad had been with this agent of State Farm for a long time and had treated him well. I called and explained my situation, and was treated very well by Omar and Zane. I received coverage that was cheaper than progressive and more thorough. All of this within a hour of calling. I was covered again on my vehicle that has a auto loan (meaning I’m contractually required to have insurance with no lapse), had electronic documents for proof of insurance and a whole lot of stress off my shoulders. If you’re reading this and are considering State Farm as a new customer or maybe someone that has used them in the past, I whole heartedly endorse this agent and her excellent staff. We all know insurance can be expensive, but for the first time in a while I feel like I’ve received my moneys worth in customer service and goods that I’ve paid for (in this case coverage for my vehicle).
